Is this yet to be completed building on a river and does the authority have guts to bring it down?

They did approval in all the stages before the development commenced so why come back and try destroy it?? Didn't someone see it was on a river before they approved all the feasibility studies??

That piece of land has always been a swamp. How approval was given for construction is the real mystery.

It seems to be both on a riparian land and road reserve. If you look at the building as you approach the T-Mall round about from Karen/Langata you will see how misplaced the building is.

The fellow was stopped at foundation stage but went to court and got injunctions and continued building. That is the level of Impunity in Kenya. The fellow strongly feels there is nothing that can be done to him and the building!!! How many of us would dare continue with such a project if the kanjo has already brought issues at foundation stage???
Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.
