if anyone wanted to seriously fight graft in kenya...would he fail?I really doubt ...everyone who has lived in this country knows what should be done to kill this monster...

Sack with any Leader(MP,Minister,Judge,Police officer.) who has been mentioned in any scandal

-Sack the current AG for incompetence

Form a dream team which would directly report to the public their achievements every 90 days

-Bring back all the money that was stolen in mega scandals ...let it be directly put in boreholes and dams and reafforestation..

-Recover all stolen money in local and foreign accounts.

-Monitor all election contestants to ensure they do not bribe electorates.

-Let KACC declare and account for their performance..money returned..where it was used....

-protect and be seen to be protecting whistle blowers

If I was given a day....I could easily whip this monster from the face of kenya....I would not allow sleeze at all....even if that meant death to me....

Utashangaaa after 5 years your name is all over the place and for the all wrong reasons. Don't think RIngera is finding it hard out of choice. Hio kazi ni ngumu. Dealing with organized crime is not a one day jobo.

An example of how successful reforms can be is Iteeris new compaign on road transport......It just needs a word and willingness and out sleeze goes....It's not that hard....If we had the goodwill and leading by example .....there would be no corruption in kenya....that Is what I would do...furthermore....why should I get super rich yet my days on earth are so few.....why not leave a great name to be remembered by future generations as one who fought corruption to death?

There was a Kenyan leader who wanted to be President of Kenya for one day only,he ended up delaying the exit of KANU by ten years.....do you remember him?

well envisioned...

however,to fight a high profile scam like corruption in kenya,i suppose you need more than will...

remember we are not only talking of a few corrupt individuals but a society...this should make you have some heebie jeebies....

it is a case of a few individuals (morally upright) uprising against a whole world of rotten folks...

you should expect counter attacks...

Kamaa..I think majority of kenyans ...are now just tired of graft....they are just looking for somebody to kill the monster....I will again use the Iteeri analogy....after mwakere slept on his job..most kenyans stopped using seat belts..and aboarded full matatus...now after Iteeris word that he will streamline the sector ..this is no longer happening....results are already positive(fewer accident) ...about a week in office....

Assuming they are not themselves involved Supposed Kibaki and Raila decided to make a ground breaking reshuffle to day .....by sacking all ministers without fear or favor ....who have been named in any scandal giving reason for sacking each of the ministers....wouldnt they get support from all kenyans?.....

Fundaah. I can only vote for you if you are truly a reformer. To be a true reformer your hardest task will be to avoid the puppeteers. Most countries are run by a few puppeteers. People who have a lot of interest in politics, business e.t.c. will not agree on some things and will even threaten death, killing family e.t.c. Why do you think Kibaki has been unable to shake off Moi and deal with guys like Biwott. It is easy to have the will but to perservere and fight the system is another thing, you might have to risk a lot more than you think ...

Fundah. Corruption/graft is a question of a peoples VALUES. You cannot change a societies values in 1 day,you probably can in one generation (Singapore).
