It doesn't necessary work like that. The 60m will be reduced in due course and all our prisons have have VIP smile sections.

Exactly. Cecil is buying time for a lower bail amount.. When the guy bails hatawai rudi Kenya

Told you that the guy was buying a lower exit fee.. Why pay 60m while you can secure freedom for 2m by staying in the pen for a mere 48 extra hours

That magistrate is a joker, what circumstances changed in 48 hours to warrant a reduction of bail from 60M to 2M

CBK was to announce the list of banks who are in the final list to acquire Chase Bank and remove it from receivership about three to four weeks ago.

James and Mak are collateral damage, they were employees (GM's Finance and Credit) who took instructions from the bosses.

They both held powers of attorney for the bank and signed all loan agreements. Woe unto them

Really!Check your facts right.

They were right in the middle of the madness and did everything fully aware of what they were doing.

How many GMs of whatever buy houses of 100M cash.

Don't get me wrong, I am not sympathetic to them, they are getting whats coming to them and fairly so.

However, the entire Chasebank top management (GM's and above) were in the mix and equally guilty of looting the bank and getting ridiculous free loans. However, these two are in the dock because they held the powers of attorney and signed all the banks legal documents including loans.
