I got a proposal from MRM for their prefab houses which are in options of rectangular, T-shape and L-shape in 45, 50 & 60SQM configurations.
All three types come in options of 30, 28 and 26 gauge mabati each with the following;
1. ULTRASPAN trusses with Purlins, Standard accessories, Ridges, fasteners, gutters and down pipe for rainwater collection.
2. Steel columns / Beams with required screws.
3. Painted or unpainted mabati wall cladding with required screws to fix and corner flashing.
Question;
a) Who has ever purchased or knows someone / somewhere this has been installed ?
b) For a4architect and the construction gurus, is it cheaper going for this compared to constructing a similar mabati structure ?
**Prices for the above range from 275K lowest to 650K highest,
NB: I intend to move to my own plot in a temporary structure 2 bedroom house as I build the real house somewhere in Kitengela.
