I am sooooo mad at CFC Stanbic Bank right now!
I have been a long time loyal client but their loans department sucks!
I applied for a loan with them and all I've received is frustrations and people acting like its a favor they are doing me.
Someone please suggest a good bank that can give me a loan asap as I need to boost my business.

2.Wide variety of products
3.Dedicated account manager accessible by both email,office line and cell number
4. Customer feedback mechanism on both email, surveys and calls

Happened to me sometime back.I had banked with Coop for more than 15 years but was treated like a ghost when I applied for a loan.I crossed the street went to Family Bank with certified Coop Bank statements and my loan was approved in two days. A few days later I moved all money to Family Bank.

True CFC walininyima 150k, even though I have been with them for 5 years and bank more than that every week, try NIC they gave me cash in 24 hours using my CFC statements.

I concur. I applied for a Mortgage facility in September last year and to date it is still pending approval despite having all my paperwork in order. I was only seeking 20% of the property value and the rest was to be financed from savings.
