We are a new tech company (registered) & we are looking for a loan of 100k for a return of 150k payable in 12mnths at a 12.5k monthly installments.

I think the biggest challenge might be how to convince someone not to take his money to treasury bills at their rate of 15% p.a and more secure and bring it to you.

We haven't started to operate yet but we have had talks with some resort reps and building/property owners for the virtual reality service.

As for digitization, we do have an introductory service that is getting a position feedback from the market.
So, technically, we do have potential clients.
We do what we have to do!
