This one man show is not sustainable , he needs to create processes, systems and institutions that can consistently deliver.

He should operate more at policy level if he is going to succeed.

true, while its all good to ban anything he deems excessive, if he does not move with the same vigor to steady the institutions it will all come to zero work.

I think he is of the school of thought that the more you save the more you become richer since your bank account has more cash.

He needs to move that energy into delivery, stop focusing too much on expenditure and corruption and focus on service delivery and a decent life for his people, after that the people will deal with expenditure and corruption.
