I though we were going to slow down on debt and figure out what is high priority and what isn't.

Anyone with details on this?

yes as long as we have willing lenders, don't be worried very few poor will get to your middle class, so your gated estates and fast food outlets are safe.

Borrowing is not the issue. But what is done with the money!!!! Good chuck gets wasted!!!

Reminds me of treasury mandarins quoting some research by IMF, to the effect 'Kenya debt is ok so long as debt to GDP ratio is less than 74percent' - as in we can go to sleeping mode and borrow left, right and center so long as we don't exceed 74percent. In the same briefing, they didn't say that the money would have to be used prudently
