Gunmen Take 170 Hostage at Radisson Hotel in Bamako, Mali

Quote:
Gunmen took at least 170 people hostage at the Radisson Blu hotel in Mali's capital Bamako, a hotel spokesman told NBC News early Friday.

"They have locked in about 140 guests and about 30 employees," a spokesperson for the Carlson Rezidor group, which owns Radisson, told NBC News. "So the hotel is locked down and there is no possibility to go out or come in."

everyone is becoming nuttier and nuttier... ever since George Bush and that other thing called the Arab Spring.... but using hindsight everyone is a genius! anyway... while I don't really agree with ISIS i think people should be allowed to self determine.... I really don't see how ISIS will "disappear" I foresee a real state huko somewhere and the world will learn to live with it.... kwani ni nchi ngapi zimetokea? it's not a new thing.

ISIS will eventually self destruct. Like everything that mushrooms, it quickly runs its cause and dies quickly.

The fighters will eventually tire of fighting, or taking instructions from commanders etc. Or they will run out of people to kill, or they will run out of ammunitions and food as they are not producing anything.

Worst of all, they will realise that their utopian aspirations need time and actual hard work to achieve, like everything else.
The flaky people who make the foot soldiers in such organisations will run out of patience and simply walk away, or create trouble within the system hoping to jump the queue into leadership.

Same thing happened to AlQaida

Why do you think these people are training children from the age of 12 who never actually step on the battlefield??.

There is no delusion amongst them that the current struggle will be over in the near future.

There may different and evolving names but the struggle is the same...
