1. When is the advert dated? i guess this must be advert ya around 2007.

2. There is no single place in Nairobi County where 1/8th goes for Kshs. 280,000, even in Kenchic near Kajiado town, abt 60km from Nairobi!!!

3. This is a scam.....u even dont have to be told.

4. There is a dangerous cartel around that area dealing with land issues.........

Quite confusing/misleading.

Nguluni [Nguluni market] is about 4 Km from Koma Rock. Plots there should be between 500k-1.5Mn depending on its to Kangundo rd/market.


If the "Nguluni" referred to is the land's registration name of all that land mass,opposite Koma Rock hill to Nguluni market,on the left from Nairobi to Kangundo, the prices range from 50k to 1.5Mn
