I agree with spendthrift only to the extend that as a head of state Museveni should be more careful with his choice of words and tone.
But largely Museveni had a point.
And why are we so conveniently forgetting the posturing of such activist as Orengo and his loose tongue too.
The uprooting of the railway line impacted negatively to Ugandas economy,- we seem to pooh pooh that too.
Thats unfair.
Museveni may have erred but only after we wronged him big time.
Only after we get to hear the whole address by Museveni in Dar can we make an informed opinion.
Sure enough there was mention of another Island over which he said something to the effect that ommediately after that,the boudary line shall run straight..............
Lets me objective and discard emotions.
