Some of these Land Buying Companies are pure mafia like entities. It is like watching the Sopranos and Godfather all rolled into one!!!

The Kenyan Mafia!!!!
Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.

A guy in this business once told me a real life story that shook me to the core. A guy had inherited land worth 200million....and was selling it...the brokers had inflated the price to 500million. There was a chain of brokers between buyer and seller, each supposed to pocket several million of the 300 million if the deal went through. The broker with direct contact with the client had his a** on the line...with death threats if the deal did not go through. He couldn't even sleep in his own house. Luckily for him, the deal went through, he pocketed 66million and everyone had their payday. If that is not worse than drug dealing, I dont know what is.

Being a Director in some of these land buying companies is worse than working in mandera!!!

This is way dangerous than drug and human trafficking going by the lifespan of some of these directors. And considering its a legit occupation, it only makes the picture more grim.

i have been asking myself this for a long time now as they go down one by one, why would somebody vie for directorship of this company with all what is happening or even allow to be appointed? its like signing a death certificate
There are only two emotions in the stock market, fear and hope. The problem is, you hope when you should fear and fear when you should hope

They say it's better to die on your feet than on your knees subdued by your enemy. This one have overtaken Mboi-Kamiti which cleared all directors until there was no one left to kill, and the wrangles stopped

Do we have a government in this country ladies and gentlemen???

You want to tell me our security forces cannot investigate such a case? Resources should have been directed towards this case. We have cold blooded killers, financiers, sympathisers, accomplices etc. walking our land and no heads are turning? I have seen 200 policemen mobilized in the UK to look for ONE missing girl. Everyone is roped in from the neighbours, media etc. In Kenya, one, two, three,.... eight directors of the SAME company are systematically eliminated and the security forces have made no headway, no arrests, no idea!!??

What the hell???
