Diversification is the way forward.
KK could better have reconsidered the building of a Tower, occupy part of it and let much of it to a Hotel operator or Govt.

The ancillary income from rent is welcome BUT not a building solely for rental purposes. Any additional cash that KK has should be used to pay down debt, pay dividends, expansion/improvement of the network and build a new lube plant. Greedy when others are fearful.
