The guy had no title and records show that the title deed belonged to the senior kenyatta. how can he prove that the land was his.... what if it was a case of someone wanting to grab knowing too well that kicking him out will spoil your name. And by the way, how is kenyatta jnrs name coming by? that was his father's problem with his step brother.... if they had issues, they should have sorted then.. he has no obligation over his "step-uncle".....
but then again, kenyatta snr owns a whole province so, really, even if he did not want the step brother to live next to him, he would have gotten them some 10 acres somewhere in the bundus... i dont think he would have needed to be put in prison.
I feel this are the relas we have who want to live off you and make no effort to work at all. They think by being related to you(Kenyatta in this case) they shall live well without working.
Am sure he went to court thinking he will embarrass the Snr Kenyatta and Mama Ngina.....but shock on him.
Why would he be living in at his age yet is brother was the president and now his nephew, Why did he not seek opportunities either business or employment during his brothers era? Where are his children and what are they doing about their fathers poverty?
