Shabaab terrorists bribed Kenyan police
officers who helped them smuggle explosives
into Kenya last year, Head of Public Service
Joseph Kinyua has revealed.
He said that after being bribed, the police at
the Kenya-Somalia border, handcuffed the
terrorists and escorted them all the way to
Mombasa. This helped the terrorists, who were
now suspects by the virtue of being under
police guard, to evade further scrutiny at
various roadblocks.

why do we blame American and Europeans when they give travel advisory if this is how low we've stooped

If they have to pay a 300k bribe to be drafted. And 50K to be posted away from hardship areas. What do we expect? I know of a family who had to sell an acre of their roadside farm in order to afford the drafing fees. The police are recouping their families investments In the shortest time possible.
Its all good.

I see, and tell me are those bombs selective as in who to harm and who not?

What's the probability that the policeman taking the bribe will die in the anticipated terrorist attack?

People are always dying, what's important is optimizing on personal welfare.

Maybe our expectations on the police are misguided.

Perfect scapegoat! Just like the few boys napped for Muchai killing and they say it was a robbery. Danganya toto jinga!

Who bribed the then Kenya Army who escorted arms in a convoy to South Sudan? Who bribed them to ensure the arms going to the then rebels in Sudan? We know how it works. That's why after the visit to Nyumba Nyeupe, na mapicha kadhaa, na visit nyingine, we saw Lamu and Mpeketoni killings stop like rainfall, then Turkana oil deal sealed, and finally ICC case thrown out Shame on you
