Exactly!! Kenyans are hypocrites at times...at the end of the term, a MP is not judged by how many times he/she contributed on the NA but on "development".. a bright MP will just be quiet and build youth vibandas and a few roads in the constituency they were elected.. this will most likely guarantee re- erection (pun intended) than being a noise maker in parliament. kelele Achia akina Duale

I think you have to consider the primary role of a member of parliament as laid out in the constitution.
As @impunity put it we should dwell more on what they said, or rather the sort of contribution to debate.
