i mean my area of official residence here in nai. i live in between a posh leafy and a middle income level estates. the kplc's power rationing boundaries has not classified my area,and so when there is blackout in either of the estate,im a victim. i therefore faces the worst wrath of darkness six days in a row within a week. i cry out!
