“This Unit, drawing its membership from all ministries and departments of Government, is charged with clear terms of reference with the mandate of reigniting the drive to transform our country’s business environment,” he said.
“I have noted the Unit’s Action Plan for this transformative effort, and its specific indications of initiatives, which entail consultation, and cooperation of various stakeholders,” added Mr. Ruto.
Industrialization Cabinet Secretary Mr. Adan Mohammed said his ministry was focusing on four areas including starting business, addressing the cost of electricity as well as paying of taxes to lower the cost of production in the country.
