What exactly is new, and what new role are they to play? Me thinks Kenya should form a mega-construction parastatal in NYS and engage it in all major govt projects-free labour right there as our boys learn on the job.

We should also orient the NYS towards the oil industry, water resources management and railways. We should be able to make our own military and police vehicles, armoured vehicles, trucks and buses......we should endeavour to reduce our levels of imports to a bare minimum.
