right... I am sure baba akisema otherwise utafuata kama bendera claiming that the pay is justified. Tusikizane... no one spends hundreds of millions of shillings to get into political office to kula pea nuts. we should not be concerned about the 2.5 million coz its 150 million per senator in 5 years - that does not even begin to offset what some of these people spent to get into office, we need to clamp down on corruption by cleaning out procurement process - hapo ndio pesa ya ukweli inapotea.

The referendum is about your tired babu, and weakening the presidency so that we end up with a catholic nun for a head of state. A completely powerless president is what Babu wants, and nothing to address these marauding elected goons. The consequeces of that referendum we shall all regret - Jubilee might just decide to dish out these goodies to beat it. Then we will be left in awe of Ethiopia, forgetting they dont have crazy babus over there.

In the senate there are no big deals.I will continue to gun for parliamentary seat where once elected I again fight to sit on committees on energy, transport, labour etc and I can then donate all my salary to my constituents as a thanks giving gesture for voting me in!!!!!!!
