Where can I find a good/dependable/durable one from locally?

Must be electrical.
When I have money, I get rid of it quickly, lest it find a way into my heart.

@kingfisher, did you get one ? The Chinese makes go for about 50k while the serious brand names start from 100k upwards.

I have been using one of those Chinese ones for about 6 months and can't complain.
