Lower Kabete from sarit all the way to Kenya school of govt......its hard to get a 1/4acre...prices for a 1/2 run at 50m minimum

50*100 going for 1.3 mio at Lussigitte centre, 7 km from southern by pass. A good place to construct a residential home like a gated community.

After consulting with a good number of people, I am re-directing my search to the emerging areas of Athi River, Mlolongo, Kitengela, Isinya, or akina Rongai (towards African Nazarene), Kiserian towards Ngong.

In fact, I realized that I've started the post in the wrong forum. Let me re-direct it to the Property forum.
