I once warned guys that it will be only a matter of time before cops shifted their attention from PSV's to private motorists.....Maximum speed limit on a highway is 100 km/h. Also be ware of other lesser speed limits such as 20 km/h, erected in municipalities. There is another minimum speed limit on some sections of Thika super highway...only those who went to proper driving schools will be able to interpret the signs correctly

I understand that NTSA is now erecting the speed limit sign posts. Where have the sign posts been sighted so far? Have sign posts that mark the end of the speed limit restrictions been sighted as well?

They are now all over. I have specifically seen them along Kiambu Road and Langata road.

Middo crass motorists should hope the cashless matatu fare thing fares poorly, not dead just barely making it. Because they might be the next cash cows.

20 More speed guns and more alcobrow testing kits; and 30 more bellies in blue uniforms added to the country's roads.

How can one beat these speed guns. On another note, I was once told that I was doing 115 when I was aware they were on the road and had been doing no more than 90km/hr. I believe they sometimes want to intimidate road users into giving away bribes....

Just coat your cheap car with a radar absorbing paint.
