The future for this stock is shaping up. Its a buy, buy, buy for the sweet candy. It seems to have attracted everything good and forming a good datum. it it still a too cheaply priced candy. It has taken Real insurance, Equity bank buy, and Equity bank HFCK shares and holds a sous in Centum not forgetting the office blocks coming up in Upperhill and other projects in kajiado and Thika Rd.The Price is smelling at 30-40Kshs soon.

Its time to move out of this Britam thing.

Kwani, whats their business nowadays, just buying other businesses? And that the businesses been bought and sold are mostly related, in terms of ownership, make me think THRICE!

Quite telling... a treat being flogged!?
Sweet candy gives temporary delight in moderate doses; it is never good for your health in the long term.

You have to admire the manoeuvres and buy signals this company sends out...

smile smile If everyone is eating candy then can't be wrong to keep buying. Jubilee is buying, panafric is buying , KenRe is expanding etc. They are all going for the choc-creamy candies. So Britam has followed massively and it now looks like children games. But don't children have tales to tell?

This Britam, I'm looking for money to get on board hopefully soon before too long. They have a good team and in the long term seems a positive stock.

Part of the good profit must have been contributed by the appreciation of the HF share price.

A large chunk of the Comprehensive Income is from the massive appreciation of Equity of which they own 10.1% ... Not sure where HFCK comes in i.e. comprehensive income or Associate.

I think Britam now makes money from investments. It definitely isn't moving its market share per the stats I see on IRA.
Vs Jubilee, it has a higher P/E and lower div yield and not as a good a solid business...

equity sells housing finance, and then housing finance sells britam, then britam buys housing finance. among the three who is benefitting and how, who is clever here or its brothers agreement
