That scenario happens all the time especially hapo midro class Aga Khan and Nairobi Hospital.
I had a stomach upset due to mixing various food in some bash and just wanted basic anti-acid or utmost ENO...they did 7 test on my sh*et which all came negative, halafu wakanipatia brufen and pepcid tabs...
Tests cost 9,400 while dawa cost me 165!
The @Bigchick lady at the counter first asked me if I had an insurance card which I innocently said njess...kumbe I was being led to slaughter house.
Be careful at that small Aga Khan near Museum hill road.
