Hi SKerians,Am requesting your views on something.

I have an outstanding HELB loan of 270K which am repaying @8K per month. I have managed to scrape around and get the 270K,My query is there any form of investment which can get me over & above 8K/month or should I just go ahead & offset the loan?

Yours advise will be appreciated. thanks
