Still waiting
Still nothing!
This is rather uncharacteristic of them.

Received for both WTK & KAPC last week Friday afternoon.

It finally came in. Tempted to party but I think I'll load up on more WTK but it needs to go down some, or else I'll reinvest in my other counters that are quite discounted at this time.

According to you, which counters are the most discounted and more or less have reached their bottom?

On the NSE, the lowest can go even lower! What looked cheap 5 years ago is even cheaper today.

Sadly true. When I first bought KCB shares in 2018 they were at 50. Got some when it reached 36 never imagining that it could go lower.

I celebrated when I bought KCB at 27 back in 2016 - never did I think that 7 years later they would be cheaper still!!!

How much dividend have you received since then.
Including dividends your effective price is lower than the prevailing price

27 minus 22 is KES 5.. Assuming he/she got dividends worth KES 7. What kind of ROI are we discussing here, factoring inflation. Zero sum game

HF 30,000 ABP 3.49; KQ 414,100 ABP 7.92; MTN 15,750 ABP 6.45

Over a span of 17 years of buying and occasionally selling this counter, I've made 27% according to FT. Factoring inflation, not so rosy:(. And supply is still much higher than demand, so it's still on its way down.

After 15 years of investing in Kenya - several assets classes - turns out I would have done better simply buying US dollars and stashing them in a savings account.

So true esp over the past 3 years.

$ went from 100 to 150 and that's without any interest income.

Has Jubilee paid the interim dividend it said it would on 11th?
ABSA said 12th for the interim.

When will Centum pay the final?

Centum - 30th November
You can find the dividend dates on the NSE daily price list, right at the bottom.

Time is money, so money is time. Money saved is time gained in reverse! Money stores your life’s energy. You expend your energy, get paid money, and store that money for a future purchase made in a currency.

Only 6 days late Liar

Why not give a date they can manage?
It's better PR to pay early than pay late.

BUT better late than never! Laughing out loudly
I like interim dividends since they give me some cashflow during the slow periods.

Very few firms have Year Ends from June-Sep.
And very few pay interim dividends.
