I propose we use this forum to share when we receive our dividends and when an AGM is to be held,NSE and our own admin is not helpful.
e.g Kenya Power announced an Interim dividend of Kes.0.20 on 27-Feb-2014. Books Closure 31-March-2014. Payment 30-May-2014 .Kwa banki hakuna kitu

The problem I have is knowing which dividend has been paid as in when I see a credit in my
mini-statement from the ATM..may be the registrars should invest in an SMS alert for AGM's and dividends..

Let me know when you receive Kenya Power. At least I managed to sell after book closure.
Ever since they grew horns they've been doing what they want. Despite the Deputy President and CS promising us lower tariffs, the opposite has happened starting this month.

BBI will solve it :)
