Exactly. Who funded that 'mps are pigs' demonstration last year or that thing some months back where people were wearing nappies? Those had donor-funded NGOs written all over them...

Meanwhile, jumbiree is busy wiring billions to the UK to settle angloleasing payments. Who said jumbiree govt isn't rich - and thus has no need for unsolicited grants.
