Quite an interesting lawsuit this. I can see it developing into a class action kind of case now that many view banks negatively. Will wanjikus join the plaintiff against the banks... If the plaintiff does win, the knock on the banks will not be funny.

Will the econ absorb that shock?

I'm bearish KE banks going forward despite holding CFC in my portfolio. When gok and cbk speak in unison esp on lending rates against banks, the banks have nowhere to run.
