As the race to the bottom continues! DTB for me. NIC closing at 32.25 The end is nigh when the free fall button triggers as you alluded in equity thread. The sellers will seeeell until there's none of them to sell. The investor's chief problem - and even his worst enemy - is likely to be himself

It's March the month that most financials must publish their annual results. I don't expect much here and remain very pessimistic on banks going forward. I'd be short the KE banks index if there was such an ETF. By year end I'll know if I was a lunatic for being this biased vs banks.
One month later...
Like I've said before those holding KE banks sit tight How bad are we talking? Is your reading from a technical point of view, or the international debt bomb Local fundies, techs and psychology all lined up! Globally most liquid bank indices are also sagging. Another alignment. If Deutsche bank blows up the domino effect will be global. Posted : Thursday, April 07, 2016 7:07:55 AM
The only condition remaining is the Deutsche bank surprise nasty hangover party
If NSE had a banking ETF my short bet would have paid off big time since last year. What a chance denied $15/barrel oil... The commodities lehman moment arrives as well as Sovereign debt volcano!

You're right, it's a madhouse. I think KRA is overstepping its mandate. The harder you work, the luckier you get

Whereas the regulator is enhancing compliance to regulations & laws to ensure proper & accuracy of reporting, he is aiming at protecting user of the reported financial statements in their decision making. The same enhanced reporting will aid in critical data to aid in policy formulation. The taxman seems to only be concerned with revenue on his side and needs to understand what the law & regulations say on banks reporting. The burden lies with the taxman to proof falsification.
