Rank: Member Joined: 9/30/2013 Posts: 659		The National Security Agency has developed a surveillance system that can record 100 percent of a foreign country's telephone calls, The Washington Post reported late Tuesday. The system allows the agency to review conversations up to a month after they take place, the Post said. It quoted people with direct knowledge of the effort and documents supplied by former intelligence contractor Edward Snowden. If you stay ready, no need to get ready.

If you do not have both you cannot trace anything. What complicates this further is if you don't get the area into coverage on time, the signal may die out completely due to battery, even for those like that on the blackbox that require little battery power, and you may never trace anything using the electronic signals.
