This is interesting. They should not make the mistake of excessive over-pricing of its stocks, otherwise, its interesting.

After reading the article had to check the mineral exploration investment fund formed in Mauritius. The fund (Mayfox Mining Mauritius Limited) was registered 3mths ago.

I thought there were listing rules like the company should have been in existence for at least five years and have a profitable financial year?

Funny....yes clearly the honchos want to make a run

That applies in MIMS and AIMS but not GEMS.

Still on course to list under GEMS. Quite risky to buy a prospect with nothing on the ground. Falls under the prayer stock category; investing on faith and hope that they strike something.

Waiting to see if the risky profile will have restrictions on the investor classification. Not for wanjikus this one. Easy to burn funds here if the miner hits a blank mine.

I don't trust this KANU era wheeler dealer. He is made of the same mould as Meralli and the Olympia guys.

Best known for loan troubles with KCB in his Morris and Company steel company. Took massive loans in 1997 at a time when key moi aides like Hosea Kiplagat and Joshua Kulei were also directors at Morris and Co.

Was also the chief organiser in getting a mobile license for Econet.

This guy is a quiet shark not a businessman. Sharks eat small fish.
Life is short. Live passionately.
