For rental, the 3 bedroom units go for between 25k-30k.As for the foundation,my friend lives there but has had no issues.Another alternative would be Guango estate or Muchatha heights. If purchasing think of circa 7m.

If the developer employed a registered structural engineer for design and supervision, i can 100% assure you that the foundation is fine. Kenyan registered engineers are at the top of their game. Am yet to see a building with structural failures and has been designed and supervised by a registered Kenyan engineer. The key word here is registered. Ensure you see the registration and current practising certificate, not degree or any other document.

They got another estate called platinum after Banana. It looks beautiful and spacious than Cliff Top and Gwango. The roads are wider and there is a small park left for children.

@african coloner, platinum is indeed attractively done and on a flat ground, but it’s at a far distance and undeveloped neighbourhood hence the preference for Cliff Top

Behind platinum they are doing new houses and I think the same contractor is the one who did cliff Top. Go there and see how deep are the foundations. To be fair I think they do good job.

@mwekezaji,I dont know the professionals but as a layman I think the houses are nice.I would avoid Banana as security was an issue sometime ago.I dont know if it has changed.
