Why is my blog recieving lots of traffic from Netherlands?

I've noted something weird with my Google Analytics. I'm getting more traffic from Netherlands than from Kenya yet my content is targeted to a Kenyan audience. I've only been promoting my blog on Kenyan networks. Is it only my blog or is it something that happens quite often to all blogs/sites?

This should be normal. It could be a case of the Dutch people more interested in your topic, more than the Kenyans it is reaching out to.

Happens to me as well.....
