Many years ago (1993),i become a member of this group and paid for plots ownership,now the question is does this company exist?and were the plots genuine,ihave attached a copy of plots ownership,i want to visit my plots,if at all they existg]

The plots do exist if you meant the ones in Masaku county. I was in primary school when subdivision/marking of the plots was going on. They have a market place by that name just before Koma Rock Hill on your way to Tala from Nairobi.

Btw,how is the Subaru?

Kantafu is a small town just before Kangundo. Land prices are increasing at a very fast rate in this area. an acre touching the road should be around 2m.

kantafu is a few meters from the KBC. Get Ruai , kamulu, joska, mutalia, malaa then kantafu. You will need to know the actual location of the plot(s) though....

hi i managed to locate the offices,they will show me my plots,mine are in phase 5 and 6,ur friend are located where,if in same place will share the gps location

Kantafu looks small at the road but extends kilometres away from Kangundo Road. It's a large place.

i visited their offices and was given a bill of about 27k,the cost of being shown the plot is too high so did not go for it

They are located at Mariam Arcade, near Molo Line stage, Nyamakima.
I paid 29k for my mother's title deed. She got it last month. Question is, what is the process of checking whether the title deed is not fake?

it's worth it once outer ring road, greater-eastern bypass and the dualling of eastern by pass is done looks like a prime residential area huko vision 2030Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly . They need to sort out the kangundo road junction with eastern bypass which is such a mess but its in the pipeline to be an interchange.p32
