Tell what they should charge, the loan has a period it has to be paid, sio open ended.

If you compare to say India, where Mumbai to Goa is 7500 rupees return flight, the train costs between 3600 and 1600 return depending on the class.

4500 bob should be ok for return fare, but nonsense for one way.
