IClass free to air decoder

Has anyone used the IClass T2000 free to air decoder? i bought this decoder and its been one woe after the other.
after the initial channel scan i got around 30 FTA channels, then they started loosing signal strength and now i can only view around 12FTA channels.
does anyone know how to solve this problem? i am in the nairobi area n i have a good aerial but the signal strength keeps fluctuating n i keep losing more channels....
