You thought calling KPLC customer service was terrible? Try safaricom 100. I've loaded a new sim for data, topped up data bundle but still telling me that I have 0 data balance.

Now Ive tried calling that 100 no. only getting thar useless annoying answering machine telling me they are too busy for me followed by "try later. Goodbye". And they hg-up.
At least the KPLC and DSTV ones put you on hold, scom rudely dismiss you. Ive called over 20 times with no luck. Who can help me here because a scom person is the last thing I want to see!

BBI will solve it

The postpaid line is a bit more bearable. Borrow a post paid line then dial 200.

Or just dial 0722-002200 from your line to access PostPaid; through the switchboard so charged.
