Lakini before you reply, I'll give you your favourite

Kadima

For the youth here, this is a song about a guy who went to be with Kiash and left his girl. As soon as he left McReggae was there with a ManU T-Shirt.

Damn the guy had forgotten all about ManU and his chick was leaving him for McReggae and ODM.

When he came to see her, Siringi and his 2pm gang were beating him up at karumaindo.

kadi,Kadi mama.. our last night together, your arms around my neck you're crying

Now Kiash is crying. Just because I left doesn't mean your damn family treats me like that.

Tell me if Nameless can suuuuung like this?

By the way, if you're a good artist, we shall give you the money. No need for Safaricom nonsense.

Kadima....reminds me of someone...haha

sometimes I worry for this country.

History here means that Kenyatta was president, Moi next, then Kibaki, then Uhuru, but Raila lost.

We lose guys like Magigi who can write sense but support guys like simonkabz who can't add salt to salty water.

Art is art and the problem in Kenya is that art died.

No one can even talk to a woman and make her remove her panties, unless we talk about airports in wazua.

No wonder shiku want's Artur.

The men stopped suuuuunging. All they do is talk about ManU, I love Uhuru, I love Raila.

True africans, Mr. Masukuma, LOVED. AND SuunUNG.

I make it a point to suuUUUNgg. So when I SWING, I'm swungiring.

Africanism is accepting ART. We were artists until we became "sovereign"

I'm bringing these songs up so that Africans can understand that our problems have not changed. Songs in 1966 still ring true now.

You come in Masukuma becasue you want to pretend that things are they way they are because of the white man.

I propose to you that things are still the same.

There were Athamaki and Ahoi. Just as there were Mutongoria,Njamba and Gitonga

It was a cast system

Only Aiinii like Franco can save you. Artists paint and we have slowly destroyed them.

Now they are dying because of bendover.

Your "africanism" is dead. No ART, no LIFE.

All we have now is popcorn. Size8 for Jesus and Nameless for goggles.

No ART. Just making music.

Aiii. That is not African. These were Africans.

My friend Masukuma and the sovereign gang.

Franco said it best.

"We are killing ourselves"

but "Kinshasa Makambo"

Africa is a town of problems

The same friends i used to work with want hurt me because they've lost their medals. Please , authorities , grant them a medal so they won't try to hurt me anymore .

He was talking about the psychopants who seem to be popping up everywhere led by one guy who couldn't hack shit to save his life.

Maybe the sovereign african group before saying RIP should know what these guys stood for.

of course the story is more complicated than that! consider a family of alcoholics. burning away the toil of their youth and their youth. generation after generation after generation. the first person to pertake generously the spirit in bottle may have had a number of issues (stress, work related, marital issues e.t.c.) he however drunk and institutionalized drinking in his children and his children's children until it becomes systemic. the reasons a 3rd or 4th generation member of the family would drink would not be the same reason the first person in the family drunk. alcoholism has become a culture in that family!! The reason Africa is the way it is is not because of a single cause its not a single story. however the point is what we suffer today are the results of our own shortcomings and the shortcomings of others before us. its not genetics its cultural!! until we build a culture of unity on things that are similar to us we are dreaming about getting any form of respect around here... look at what some people are claiming

Why? because of our failures... our collective failures!! not Kikuyu failures, not Luo failures, not Congolese failures, not Kru failures, not yoruba failures, not igbo failures, not Madingo failures and not Basotho , Shona, Dinka or Tutsi failures but our failures. the failure of the part applies to the whole (or is applied to the whole). I once said that until the last african country gets out of the 3 enemies of our people namely poverty, ignorance and disease, the first african country to rid itself successfully of these 3 enemies will not rid itself successfully of the image of poverty, ignorance and disease. Dangote suffers the same image problem as a starving child in Chad - may be worse coz he gives a damn! tafakari hayo as you remember that out of all the oppressed people of this world Africans have done much much better with themselves than others. We have a knack to bounce back, We are doing it but we must unite and forge ahead. because after we have apportioned blame we still need to come to the realization that we need each other and we either work together as brothers or perish as fools.

I understand Masukuma. I was as young as you are now.

Trust me, a white man has nothing on you. What they have are systems. And sytems depend on people.

But to keep Kingfisher going, here we go I will push this until we have a meet with my avai.

At times I wonder! People can't sleep without my ghost startling them? Alma, kindly, not everybody is fan of art. Now, if you can't deduce my problem with Magigi, old as you claim, then it would be tough for you to understand why Raila attracts such wrath.

It's not lost on wazuans that you tend to patronize, condescend n look down on people who disagree with your controversies. Mate, if you elevate yourself above the rest, they will only see a butt whenever they look up.

Goodnight Alma.

Like I said before about you and Magigi was bait. The point of this thread is in the heading.

But like I have said, nothing new in Kenya 2013 coming to 2014. I have one for you

Funny enough it actually is very comparative to you. Take your time and listen.

It's called Mobutu Seseseko. How apt.

And Tokyo nothing funny about spelling mistakes.

@simonkabz I do appreciate the fact that I pulled you in the thread by mentioning you name. But like I said above (if you can read and understand without Uhuru laptops) I apologize.

I wish to keep this thread for only one mzee.

So if you can kindly take your brand of activity to another thread, I'd be very happy.

But if you insist, its ok. Kenya iko na wenyewe.

I bow down to you.

Now can I continue baiting the Kingfisher please without your input?

I'm glad to see that you aren't deaf. At least you can hear. My problem thus far is whether you can understand!

I know its a big problem to accept that you'be been rejected and not been accepted in a particular topic. As in honestly, seriously, I'd rather not be talking to you. But somehow you keep on coming back.

Just like the rejected energizer bunny. You come back and come back. Sometimes its a good thing to know when people don't want you. In this particular thread, I'd like to clarify.

I'd rather be........than....
