Murenj,its not really hard to become a Ugandan citizen - you know they DO NOT even have IDs there.....as long as you can prove somehow your 'belongingness' then you can get some papers to start on the path towards a passport - then VOILA,you are Ugandan. It helps if your tribe is not so pronounced - and I do not mean to be tribal - but if you have a heavy Meru accent,you are not going to fit in anyway - however,you can pass if a luo,a kalenjin,luhya since those tribes share the borders - from Migingo to beyond Mt Elgon (Kapchorwa is in Uganda).
Then again,methinks someone is scared to belong to a nation whose military are sitting on their hands,while snowball and napoleon bicker endlessly about receptacles for feacal matter,half carpets,reforms,etc
