Lawyers in the house, what entails giving the power of attorney over a property in Kenya? I thot its just a lawyers stump

Sure you meant 'stamp' - and no, that's not the end of it. The PA is a formal document that requires to be duty-stamped and registered with Lands after execution.

Even then. 'Non land' PAs are also registered at Ardhi House.
