At UN, that was obvious. Though i support deferral

The seven who voted in favour of the deferral were:

1. China

2. Russia

3. Togo

4. Azerbaijan

5. Rwanda

6. Morocco

7.Pakistan.

and they are not ICC members.

The rest of the group abstained...
