I inquired about a piece of land they were selling and was told that i needed to become a member first by buying two shares at sh 7000 each plus sh 1000 registration fee. I paid for the two shares and registration fee but never bought the land. Being a shareholder now, am i entitled to a share of profits? “Invest in yourself. Your career is the engine of your wealth.”

Being a shareholder now, am i entitled to a share of profits? You are entitled to a dividend whenever it is declared. Pesa Nane plans to be shilingi when he grows up.

Do guys know that this Urithi is owned by the same guy who owns Gakuyo/Ekeza outfit? KCB,NMG,PAFR

He stepped down from Urithi Directorship or Board to grow Gakuyo Real Estate which was already in existence and start EKEZA in a similar fashion like URITHI. The only successful case I know was the own a room in Juja which was fairly completed.Not sure how the investment is doing and whether the rooms got occupied as they were targeting Jkuat students.
