Dear Prof,

Evans 'CORD Damu' Kidero is looking to do you in. How can the man propose to tax ksh 5,000 for each planted tree?

I recall when we were kids in primo, we were each given a seedling by the school to plant. If the good Governor has his way, this activity will cost each school kid 5k, and you will have the ignominious reputation of having presided over the desertification of Nairobi County.

You must stand up and very strongly and publicly tell him off. Please stay beyond arms length as you do this.
