So this Mtihani house has been under construction for the last 27 years.The costs have escalated from
Sh248.93 million to about Sh3.3 billion. Mr Wasanga wants the supervision to be taken from the Infrastructure Ministry to KNEC .

Eat and eat and eat and.... die. Its amazing that no one goes to the other side with anything. Fact...steal from others and one day it will come to an end...one way or another.
