The second presidential debate was to involve questions and views of the contenders on foreign policy. But it didn't feature.

I would have wanted to listen to the views, but alas, here we are.

Failure to have a representative at the UN general assembly in my view was another mistake. Do we have a foreign policy strategy or are we making decisions whimsically.
