Meanwhile county assembly reps or MCA as popularly are on strike over pay increase , are they being paid?

Who has an idea how Senate is doing and what exactly are they doing?

We need a performance dashboard where i can check how many hours my Mpig Senator etc has been in Parliament and what exactly he contributed

We have more MPs than in the previous House, yet the bulk of the legislative work is carried out by a much smaller number of MPs than the 11th Parliament.

As for the Senate, it's evident that it is nothing more than a retirement home for lazy politicians.

Did you know the standing orders (or whatever they're called) that govern live parliamentary proceedings explicitly ban them from focusing their cameras on the empty benches? They're only required to focus on either the speaker or the member contributing. Sad Sad
Life is like playing a violin solo in public and learning the instrument as one goes on.

And on the same day nearly all the parliamentary select committee members (guess around 29) listening to a petition on JSC by a 'peasant' were all there. Is it because of the allowances?
