Having watched the following freely available online video links, I'm wondering who really is this Martin Ngatia given his alleged links to a certain prominent civil society activist?

Marting Ngatia was a corporal in airforce and under the command of Ochuka and a former leading politician tried to overthrow the duly elected government of Dan Toro. Before the coup Ngatia was being investigated by cops for using his government assigned weapon to rob people in Nairobi, the coup and his subsequent exile in scandinavia saved him from the cops. Being of little education and near sub-zer IQ he keeps regurgitating the old and outdated marxist slogans he might have learned from the former leading politician

If these are the witnesses who will testify at the Nov 12 trial of a seating Head Of State, ICC have done victims a major disfavor.
