@mpoziz.thx for the video. I have been advocating such land taxes for years. The only commsision whose work is well sept out in the constitution is the land commission. Even with this, they have not done anything or any research so as to prevent excessive land appreciation which leads to inflation. Parliament should disband the commissioners and put in people willing to implement the constitution.
